Optimal Appliance US is a local repair company in Houston, TX. We fix the equipment that homes and small businesses use every day.
What We Do
We repair home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and dishwashers. We repair commercial kitchen and break-room equipment for restaurants, cafes and offices. We also take on work that many repair shops turn away: coffee machines, fireplaces and outdoor grills.
Everything is done on site. We come to your home or business, find the fault and fix it there whenever the part is on hand.

We believe a repair should never come with a surprise. Before any work starts, the technician tells you what failed, what the repair involves and what it costs. You decide whether to go ahead.

I had a great experience with Mr. Eivaz from Optimal Appliance. He did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done.
He was also very courteous and careful with his work. Everything was fixed properly, and my refrigerator is working great now.

Taghi was so very helpful to my family! Our washing machine was full of water and I tried everything I could think of, but I could not get the water to drain. Taghi was at my house in less than two hours. He found the problem right away, made the repairs, and cleaned everything up. All of this was on a Saturday! I am so very thankful! I promptly put Optimal Appliance Repair’s number in my phone for my next appliance emergency!
