Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use www.optimalappliancesrepair.com or book an appliance repair with Optimal Appliance US LLC, online or by phone. By booking a repair or using the website, you agree to them. Please read them, and call us at (832) 332-1641 if anything is unclear.

Our Services

Optimal Appliance US LLC repairs household appliances at customers' homes in Houston, TX and nearby areas. The appliances and brands we work on are listed on this website. We may decline a job that is outside our service area, outside the appliances we repair, or unsafe to work on.

Booking and Appointments

  • A booking made online or by phone is a request until we confirm it with you by phone or email.
  • We give you an arrival window rather than an exact time. Arrival windows are estimates; traffic, earlier jobs and parts availability can cause delays, and we will let you know if we are running late.
  • Please make sure an adult (18 or older) is at the property for the whole visit, with clear access to the appliance, and tell us about pets, gate codes or parking limits in advance.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (832) 332-1641 as early as you can.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are not quoted on this website or by our booking assistant. Charges for the visit and any repair are set out by your technician and on your invoice. Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not take payment through this website.

Parts and Repairs

  • Some repairs need parts that must be ordered, which can mean a further visit to finish the job.
  • Any warranty on parts or labor is the one stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturer.
  • Our technician may advise that a repair is not worthwhile or not possible. The decision to repair or replace an appliance is yours.

Your Responsibilities

  • Give us accurate contact, address and appliance details.
  • Tell us about any known hazards, such as gas leaks, water damage or electrical problems, before the visit.
  • Follow the technician's safety advice about using the appliance until the repair is complete.

Limitation of Liability

We carry out every repair with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, Optimal Appliance US LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food, lost time or lost income, and our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Using This Website

The information on this website is general and may change without notice. Brand names and logos shown on this website belong to their owners; their display does not mean those manufacturers endorse or are affiliated with Optimal Appliance US LLC. Please do not misuse the website or our booking forms, for example by sending spam or false bookings.

Calls and Messages

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or email you about your booking and repair. Calls to our booking line may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded in writing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
