Information We Collect

When you book online or call us, we ask for:

• Your name and phone number, so we can confirm your appointment.
• The address where the repair will take place.
• The appliance, a description of the problem and your preferred date or arrival window.

When you visit the website, we also record how you reached us: the page you landed on and, if you clicked an ad or a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID). These are stored in your browser only for the current visit and sent with your booking.

We do not take payment on the website and never ask for card details online.

Phone Calls

Calls to our booking line may be answered by Ava, our automated scheduling assistant. To understand what you say and reply, the call audio is processed by speech and AI service providers. We keep a written record of the call, including a transcript or summary, the number you called from and the appointment details, so our team can prepare for your visit and follow up.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule and complete your repair.
• To call or email you about your appointment, including arrival updates.
• To keep a service history for your appliance in case you need us again.
• To understand which pages and ads bring us customers, so we can improve our website and advertising.
• To protect our website and phone line from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and to learn whether an ad led to a booking. These tools use cookies or similar technology and may receive your IP address and information about your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for the services they provide to us:

• Website and database hosting providers that store booking requests.
• Telephone, speech recognition and AI providers that carry and process booking calls.
• Google, for analytics and for measuring ad results.
• The technician assigned to your repair.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking and service records for as long as they are useful for your repair history and for our business and tax records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your Choices

Security

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and booking records are stored with access limited to the people and providers who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for adults who own or rent the home where the repair takes place. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
