Taghi was so very helpful to my family! Our washing machine was full of water and I tried everything I could think of, but I could not get the water to drain. How does the technician prepare for my visit?
We read what you told us about the fault and note the brand and model. That tells the technician which tools and common parts to bring. If you can send the model number, the first visit is more likely to be the only one.
What happens during a repair visit?
The technician arrives inside your time window, asks what you have noticed and tests the equipment. You then hear what failed and what the repair costs. Work starts only after you say yes. Afterwards the technician runs the equipment to show you it works.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Our labor and the parts we install are covered for 3 months.
What does the service call fee cover?
The service call fee covers the trip and the time it takes to find the fault. For commercial equipment the service call is $135. For home appliances it is $65.
